ROC GROUPS

Our comprehensive plan will be implemented through specialized teams we call ROC Groups. Each group will bring together individuals with shared interests to focus on key areas of the city’s development. These groups include: Government (gROC), Small Businesses (sbROC), Non-Profits (npROC), Educators (eROC), and Churches (cROC).
